• Business profile: Your business name, location, services offered, website URL, and other details you add to customize your content
• Content inputs: Keywords you enter and any customizations you make to generated articles
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe—we never see or store your full credit card number
• Communications: Any emails or messages you send us

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: How you interact with TheraRank (pages visited, features used, articles generated)
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
• Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs
• Cookies: Small files that help us remember your preferences and keep you logged in (more on this below)

Information from your website:

• Sitemap data: If you connect your website, we read your sitemap to understand your existing pages. This helps us create internal links in your articles.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the service: Generate personalized blog content tailored to your business
• Improve content quality: Your profile information helps us create more relevant, accurate articles
• Process payments: Manage your subscription and billing
• Communicate with you: Send important updates, respond to your questions, and notify you when articles are ready
• Improve TheraRank: Understand how people use our service so we can make it better

4. What We Don't Do

Let's be explicit about what we will never do with your data:

• Sell your data: We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
• Spam you: We only send emails that are necessary (account updates, article notifications) or that you've opted into
• Use your content to train AI: The articles we generate for you are not used to train or improve our AI models
• Share your business information with competitors: Your profile data stays private

We share data only with trusted services that help us run TheraRank:

• Generated content: Kept while your account is active. You can delete individual articles anytime.
• Payment records: Kept for 7 years for legal/tax compliance
• Logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you
• Correction: Update or correct your information anytime in your account settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
• Export: Download your generated content
• Object: Opt out of non-essential data processing

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have additional rights:

11. International Data Transfers

TheraRank is based in the United States. If you're accessing our service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

TheraRank is not intended for children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. When we do:
