1. What TheraRank Does

TheraRank is a content generation tool designed specifically for wellness practitioners. We help you create SEO-optimized blog posts for your therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, or other wellness practice website.

You provide a keyword, we generate a blog post tailored to your business. Simple as that.

2. Your Content, Your Rights

This is important, so we're making it crystal clear:

• You own 100% of the content generated through your TheraRank account
• You can use this content for any purpose, including commercial use
• You can publish it on your website, modify it, repurpose it, or even resell it
• We claim no ownership or rights to the articles we generate for you
• Once content is generated, it's yours forever—even if you cancel your subscription

The only thing we ask: please review and edit your content before publishing. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a human to ensure accuracy and alignment with your voice.

3. Your Account

To use TheraRank, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your password secure (we recommend using a password manager)
• Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You're responsible for all activity under your account. Don't share your login credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

We built TheraRank to help wellness practitioners grow their businesses. Please don't use it to:

• Generate content that's illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
• Create medical advice that could harm people (always recommend consulting professionals)
• Spam, deceive, or mislead people
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy
• Overload our servers or attempt to hack our systems
• Resell access to TheraRank itself (the content is yours; the tool is ours)

If we find accounts violating these rules, we may suspend or terminate them.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

TheraRank offers a free tier with 2 articles, plus paid monthly subscriptions for more content.

• Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel.
• Article Credits: Monthly article credits don't roll over—use them or lose them when your billing period ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if you're unhappy, reach out—we're reasonable people.
• Price Changes: We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increases.

6. What We Promise (And What We Don't)

We promise to:

• Do our best to keep TheraRank running smoothly and reliably
• Protect your data and respect your privacy
• Continuously improve the quality of generated content
• Be transparent about how our service works

We can't promise:

• 100% uptime (technology sometimes has hiccups)
• Specific SEO rankings or traffic results (that depends on many factors)
• That generated content will be perfect without any editing
• That our AI will never make mistakes (always review before publishing)

TheraRank is provided "as is." While we work hard to make it great, we can't guarantee it will meet every specific need or be completely error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheraRank (and our team, partners, and affiliates) won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

In plain English: if something goes wrong, we'll work to fix it, but we can't be responsible for all downstream effects of using our service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:

• We'll post the new terms on this page with an updated date
• For significant changes, we'll email you a heads-up
• Continuing to use TheraRank after changes means you accept the new terms

9. Termination

You can stop using TheraRank anytime by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll try to give you notice and explain why (unless it's for something serious like fraud or illegal activity).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
